Shipment

Our system calculates automatically the exact shipment costs, depending on the number of ordered products, from which warehouse they are from, and to which country they will be transported. In some cases there is a volume surcharge added, because the ordered product does not meet the standard sizes of the transporting company. For certain islands or other locations which are hard to access, there may be additional transporting costs. We coorperate with multiple transporting companies which we select based on the country of origin and the destination of the order.

Track and Trace

As soon as we receive your order we will send you a confirmation along with your Track & Trace code. With this Track & Trace code you can monitor where your parcel is and when it will be delivered. It may occur that you check the Track & Trace before the code is active. We suggest you check this later on the day or on another day.

Which Countries?

We deliver to all countries within the EU and also to Switzerland, Norway and the UK.

1 Order in 1 Delivery

This is always the case when you only purchase one article. In the case you order multiple products it is very much likely that these are delivered from different warehouses. You will receive multiple Track & Trace codes then.
